The Deputy Venues Operations Manager is responsible for the ensuring the safe, smooth and secure front of house operation of the College’s performance venues in the absence of the Venues Operations Manager. By utilising inspiring leadership and management techniques the post holder will create and maintain an environment where every member of the team feels respected and valued, able to contribute and commit themselves to the College with excellence as the underpinning goal.
With responsibility for the management of the front of house team and stage door receptionists, together with the outsourced duty event cleaning and security personnel, the post holder will work closely with the Venues Operations Manager and the Head of Environment and Facilities in the provision of a high level of support to the varied functions within the College.
The Deputy Venues Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the efficient, effective, and safe management of RNCM facilities during events and managing front of house operations. During evenings and weekends when events are scheduled, the manager is the senior responsible manager on site but will have access to senior support as needed.
