FAQs and Terms and Conditions
How do I book tickets?
Ticket booking is predominantly online via our website, and e-tickets will be issued. We offer in-person, on-the-day bookings an hour before each performance* and bookings over the phone with the RNCM Box Office team at 0161 907 5555 from 2-5pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

How do I claim my discount in the RNCM Bar and Café?
To claim your 15% off food and drink discount, show your valid Membership card to a member of our catering team at the checkout, and they will apply the discount for you. For full details about the RNCM Bar and Café, please visit our Food and Drink page.
How does the members-only in-person booking service work?
Once per termly season, RNCM Members can book tickets to all events that are on sale by visiting our Box Office in person. You will receive advance notice of the date and time of this service before the start of each termly season. Please note that the dates and times may vary.
Terms and Conditions
- The 50% off up to two tickets offer is only valid once per performance and can only be used on RNCM performances identified by the Members logo. This offer is not valid on externally promoted shows or RNCM student performances at external venues. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and we reserve the right to not offer this rate for selected performances.
- When booking tickets to the RNCM Opera, the 50% off up to two tickets offer is only valid on weeknight evening performances, and the 25% off up to two tickets offer is only valid on weekend matinee performances. Each discount can only be claimed once per run. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- The 15% off food and drink offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bar and Café opening times may vary throughout the year; please check our Food and Drink page for updated opening times.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-returnable.
- Membership benefits can only be claimed with a valid membership.
